Second Annual Community Cleanup, April 25 2009
The second annual Hermon-Bangor Community Cleanup last Saturday was a success. With only 8 volunteers, we collected 44 bags of litter plus many misc items in 4 hours! The majority of the cleanup was on Outer Hammond Street in Bangor and Route 2 in Hermon. Other roads included Billings Road and Union Street in Hermon. Volunteers included 3 Bangor residents who work at Miguel's restaurant, Chris Jones, Sarah Roper, and Sean Garcean. Five Hermon residents included Tim Pellett, Cindy Pellett, Sandra Smith, Tiffany Milan and Devon Gardner.
